Research Cores

The research cores are constructed to promote excellence in environmental health sciences (EHS) research by facilitating topically focused interdisciplinary interactions of investigators both within and between the research and facility cores. The four research cores are the Cardiorespiratory Effects Research Core (CERC), Exposure Assessment Research Core (EARC), Cancer Research Core (CRC), and the Study Design and Statistical Methodology Research Core (SDSMRC). These cores foster development of long-term collaborations that position the Center to respond efficiently and rapidly to new EHS challenges and opportunities.
