Our Studies: Children's Health Study: Reconnect

This note is for all former and currently participating study subjects in the USC Health Study, which (you may remember) is a long-term study, funded by the National Institutes of Health, to learn about the lung and heart health of schoolchildren and young adults as they grow.

For most, it’s been a few years since we last contacted you or measured your health (remember taking that deep breath and “blasting” it out as hard as you could into the breathing tube?). Well, we haven’t forgotten you, and we want to get re-connected! Getting “re-connected” is easy, just fill out our online survey.

Just knowing where you are and how to get in touch with you would be really helpful. This information will not be shared. Here’s what we need in order to “re-connect”:

Questions? E-mail us at uscchs@usc.edu or Call our toll-free number at 1-800-404-4872.

Thank you for getting back in touch with us; we really appreciate hearing from you!
